FG says most bad roads in Nigeria belong to state governments

She said N650 billion has been released for capital projects in the 2019 budget as it works to develop the country through the Ministry of Works and Housing. She said this amount exceeds the N600 billion approved for release as of October 2019 by President Muhammadu Buhari. The Nation reports Ahmed added that N250 billion addition would be released by December 2019 to put the total released for capital projects in 2019 at N900 billion.
